At Polynastee, our top priority is customer satisfaction. We’re committed to making sure your order is processed efficiently and delivered on time. Here’s how we handle processing and shipping:

Order Processing

2D Printed Items: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
3D Printed Items: Please allow 2 to 4 business days for processing after payment confirmation.

Shipping Times

For standard shipping, estimated delivery times are as follows:

2D Printed Items: Estimated delivery within 4 to 6 business days.
3D Printed Items: Estimated delivery within 7 to 10 business days.

We also offer expedited shipping, which can reduce delivery times by 1–2 business days.

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, please note that occasional delays or lost packages may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as local postal service disruptions.

Your Assurance

If you haven’t received your order within 4 weeks from the shipment date, please contact us. Use our contact page to get in touch, and we will promptly investigate the issue. Based on the outcome, we will either resend your order or issue a full refund.
